Reporting to the chief executive officer and as part of the Strategic Leadership Team, the director of Finance and Corporate Services will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Extern Group and its subsidiary companies. The director will ensure the CEO and Boards are provided with sound professional advice on developing and implementing financial strategies to safeguard and support the long-term financial viability and sustainability of the companies within the Extern Group.

The Capital Build project manager will provide strategic support and advice to the LDC Phase 2 project director in the management and delivery of design and construction services for the NIFRS LDC Cookstown Phase 2 project. They will also assist in developing and implementing the Property and Asset Management Strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to assist in the delivery of a large scale project for NIFRS.
