You will help to deliver on the People strategy in support of the organisational strategy.  

This role reports to the Director of People & Organisation in Depaul and is a broad role with management responsibility for HR activities in the specific region. 

This will involve partnering with services to ensure the delivery of best practice solutions to relevant stakeholders on all people related matters.  

The post holder will be expected to deliver excellent advice and support across all day to day aspects of the management of staff and volunteers.
