Senior HR Business Partner in Belfast
The senior HR business partner is a new position, responsible for assisting the head of HR in delivering an effective and efficient HR service for the association.

Head of Governance, Risk and Performance Management in Horizon House (Newtownabbey)
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this post plays a key role in ensuring the hospice demonstrates organisational excellence in all their activities from the bedside to the boardroom and across all functions.
The successful candidate will ensure that NIH operates in accordance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and contractual obligations.
They will also be responsible for for modernising internal governance, risk and performance management systems and processes – including technological solutions for monitoring performance indicators and measurements – ensuring all aspects of NIH activities meet statutory guidance and good practice.
The role is responsible for reporting on risk and performance, escalating matters of concern to senior management and supporting solutions to address areas for improvement.
