The association is seeking to recruit a gas administrator to provide an efficient co-ordination, administration and reporting service for the Property Services Department.
You will also monitor and develop the servicing schedules for gas boilers, oil boilers, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems and solar panels.
Head of Finance in Horizon House, Newtownabbey
Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to 4,000 infants, children and adults each year across Northern Ireland. Based at its head office at Horizon House, Newtownabbey, the head of finance will report to the director of corporate services.
You will be responsible for leading management of the finance, contracts and procurement services/departments of NIH and its Trading Company. The postholder will support the director of corporate services in monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial operations, contract controls, and procurement systems in a manner that ensures full compliance with required standards, internal and external, and supports and enhances the delivery of value for money for the charity.
